Drawing from over a decade as a professional athlete, Rylee brings firsthand experience navigating the highs and lows of competitive sport. Her journey has included managing setbacks, sustaining confidence, and developing effective coping mechanisms during challenging seasons, transitions, and moments of self-doubt.

How AcadeME works
Every session is tailored to the athlete’s unique experiences, goals, and stage of development.
Here’s how we get started.

Select the format that fits your needs — a focused 15-minute check-in, a deeper 30-minute conversation, or a full season support package.

Have a real conversation
Your athlete gets a safe space to talk honestly with a professional athlete about what's going on, without judgment. Discuss confidence, pressure, team dynamics, recruiting, or wherever you need guidance.

Leave with practical strategies
Each session ends with clear takeaways: mindset tools, coping strategies, communication approaches, and simple routines your athlete can practice immediately.
These sessions are mentorship and performance support, not clinical therapy.
If a family needs clinical support, we will always encourage appropriate referral pathways.

What skill level is required?
What age group is this for?
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via Zoom video call, making them accessible no matter where you are. You schedule the calls at a time that works for you and your family.
What's the difference between Standard and Intense sessions?
Standard sessions (15 minutes) are focused check-ins perfect for one specific question, quick feedback, or a mindset reset. Intense sessions (30 minutes) allow for deeper conversations covering topics like recruiting strategy, leadership development, and detailed goal-setting.
Is this just for soccer skills?
Can parents sit in on sessions?
We encourage athletes to have their own safe space during sessions. However, parents are welcome to connect before or after to discuss goals and progress.
